We break this pause in blogging for a quick update

My regular readers will know that my blog posts used to be fairly regular with one a week give or take the odd blip. Since February 24 they have been much less frequent. And my last blog on 1st April explained a bit about why that might be given my latest diagnosis of breast cancer.
